How to install on iOS

  1. Locate and open the App Store (IOS) on your mobile device
    RivalBet on the AppStore
  2. Search “RivalBet” via the App Store search menu. (Located top of screen).
  3. Press “GET”.

Now the Application will begin to download and install. Once installed, the RivalBet application will appear in your installed applications.

Turn on Updates to get Automatic Updates for apps.

You can also turn Automatic Downloads on or off over your cellular network. To do this go to Settings > iTunes & App Store and turn Use Cellular Data on or off. Cellular Data downloads are limited to a file size of 150 MB or smaller.

How to install on Android

You will need to be logged into Google Play Store in order to download the application for your mobile device.

  1. Open the Google Play Store app

  2. Search "RivalBet"
  3. Press “GET”.
  4. Press "Install"

How to install directly on Android?

To Download the Android Application on your Android Phones with an operating system 8 or above -

  1. Tap here to open the download page
  2. Tap on the Download button to start the download

  3. Once the Download is complete click on the file to begin installation

  4. You may be prompted to allow unknown sources, to do this click on Settings.

Why do I need to allow Unknown Sources?

The Google Play store does not allow content or services that offer online gambling. To download our application, RivalBet makes it available to download directly from our website. Any application that isn't downloaded from the Google Play store is from an 'Unknown Source'. Please agree to installing from an unknown source. Once this has been ticked off your install will start.

How do I clear my cookies on my mobile, PC or macOS

Safari

  1. Open Safari (Application on mac) It’s the blue, compass-shaped app icon

  2. Click Safari in the top left corner of your mac’s screen. A drop-down menu will appear.
  3. Click “Preferences” it is near the top of the safari drop down menu

  4. Click the “Privacy” Tab you will find this on the far-right side of the preferences window

  5. Click “Manage Website data” it is in the middle of the page. On older versions of Mac OS X, this will say “Remove all website data” instead.

  6. Click “Remove all” this button is on the lower-left side of the window

  7. Click “Remove Now” when prompted. Doing so will clear your Safari browsers cookies

  8. Clear Safaris cache to get rid of the persistent cookies. If you still see cookies popping up after deleting your Mac’s stored cookies, you can clear safaris cache, which will remove all of safaris input information except for settings and bookmarks. To do so please follow the steps below:
    1. Click the Safari menu item
    2. Click Preferences
    3. Click Advanced Tab

Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome. It is the red, yellow, green, and blue sphere icon

  2. Click Chrome. This menu item is in the top-left corner of your Mac’s Screen. A drop-down menu will appear.

  3. Click “Clear browsing data” It’s near the top of the chrome drop-down menu. Doing so will open the Browsing Data window.
  4. Select a period. Click the drop-down box to the right of the “Clear the following items from” heading near the top of the window, then click one of the following options. (see below)
    • Last hour
    • Last 24 hours
    • Last 7 days
    • Last 4 weeks
    • All time

  5. Check the “Cookies and other site data” box. You can check other boxes in this window as well if you want to remove other types of web data, but you must check the “cookies and other site data” box to remove chrome cookies from your Mac.
  6. Click “Clear Browsing Data”. It is a blue button in the bottom-right corner of the Browsing data window. Click this will completely clear your mac’s Chrome Cookies.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox. This icon resembles an orange fox wrapped around a blue globe.

  2. Click “History”. It is a menu item in the upper-left side of your Mac’s screen. A drop-down menu will appear.

  3. Click “Recent History”. This option is in the History drop-down menu. A window will open.
  4. Select a period. Click the “Time range to clear” Drop-down box, then click one of the following options:
    • Last Hour
    • Last Two Hours
    • Last Four Days
    • Today
    • Everything

  5. Check the “Cookies” box. You can check other boxes on this menu as well, but the “Cookies” Box must be checked for Firefox's cookies to be cleared.
  6. Click “Clear now” It is at the bottom of the window.
