RivalBet allows you to set a personal deposit limit. Deposit limits can be set for a 24 hour, 7 day or 28 day period. The 24 hour limit means that exactly 24 hours must elapse from when you reach the deposit limit until you can deposit again. A weekly deposit limit refers to the amount you can deposit in any consecutive 7 day period
If you wish to set a deposit limit for yourself, make sure you are on the 'Home Screen' by tapping on the 'Home' icon located at the bottom left corner of the RivalBet app. In the top left corner, you should now see three lines stacked on top of each other, also known as a 'Burger Menu'. Tap the 'Burger Menu', and a side panel will open with a list of options. Second from the bottom should be 'Responsible Gambling', where you will find the following options.
- Set Deposit Limits
- Set Bet Limits
- Self-Exclusion
- Self-Assessment Tools
- Responsible Gambling Policy
Please select 'Deposit Limit' from the list of options(see image below)
Please carefully consider before increasing your deposit limit. If you wish to increase your deposit limit, you will need to wait 7 days before we action your request. Once you have set yourself a deposit limit, please confirm your changes with the 'Save' button, which will appear at the very bottom of the page.
A betting limit allows you to limit how much you bet over a given period. This limit is unable to be breached while the limit is active. To set a betting limit, tap on the 'Home' icon at the bottom of the RivalBet app and tap on the 'Burger Menu' located at the top left.

Once the 'Burger Menu' has opened, as stated above, tap on 'Responsible Gambling' and you will be presented with the same list of options as follows:
- Set Deposit Limits
- Set Bet Limits
- Self-Exclusion
- Self-Assessment Tools
- Responsible Gambling Policy
If you wish to set a betting limit for yourself, please select 'Betting Limit' from the list of options and you will be presented with the below image.
Once you have set yourself a limit please confirm your changes with the 'Save' button which will appear at the very bottom of the page.
If you would like to deactivate your account, please select the top left hand navigational menu. This will be the icon (see below)

Once this has been chosen please proceed to 'Settings' > 'Responsible Gambling' > 'Self-Exclusions'. Once you have come across this you will be presented with options as below
- Take a break
- Long term Exclusion
- Life time Exclusion
- Close account
- Exclude from all operators
Please consider what option you would like to proceed with as this may be indefinite.
