This bet is taking too long to settle

Although RivalBet always tries to settle markets quickly and promptly to ensure you get paid your due winnings. Due to unforeseen circumstances, sometimes settlements may take some time. We understand this can be frustrating, but please allow us at least 1 hour after the official match has ended before contacting. Our settlement team is likely aware of the issue and is hard at work to finalise all bets.

Forgotten Password/Wrong password/Too many attempts at wrong password

If you have forgotten your password, you can simply go to the login page and select 'Forgot Password?' which is located under 'Email' and 'Password' boxes via: https://app.rivalbet.com.au/login

Alternatively you can email support@rivalbet.com.au by confirming your email registered with RivalBet followed by providing the following details:

  • Full Legal Name
  • Residential Address
  • Date of Birth

Once you have provided these details RivalBet will send you a reset password link to the linked email address provided on the account.

Account Blocked (Not verified within 3 days)

If you have not verified your account within 3 days of creation, RivalBet will suspend your account until you are able to verify your account.

You will need to attach the following documents:

  • Australian Medicare Card
  • Australian Driver’s License
  • Australian Passport

Please attach relevant documents and send to support@rivalbet.com.au. Once sent, RivalBet will begin a verification check so that we may unlock your account.
