How do I change my password?

If you are logged in you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the home screen by tapping on the Home Icon in the bottom left corner of the RivalBet app.
  2. Next, in the top left corner of the app, tap on the three lines stacked on top of each other, also known as a Burger Menu. A side panel will open with a list of options.
  3. At the very bottom of the list there will be a Settings button, which will open up a new menu when tapped on.
  4. Tap on Change Password, which should be the second option in the new menu.
  5. Enter your current password, followed by the new password you want and finally confirm the new password.
  6. Tap on “SEND” to finish

If you have forgotten your password, you can follow these steps to reset your password:

  1. Open the RivalBet app on your phone and go to the login screen
  2. Tap on the “Forgot Password?” link located below the password field
  3. Enter your registered email address and tap “SEND”
  4. In a few moments you will receive an email with instructions to finishing resetting your password

Security

A Member is solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account. You must notify RivalBet immediately if you suspect that your security details may no longer be confidential or that there may have been unauthorised use of your account.
